- Tell them about Stowhill Estates Berkshire and check that they are happy for you to introduce us and share their contact details.
Register the recommendation
- Complete the short form below so that we can record who made the introduction and get in touch with the homeowner.
We will take it from there
- We will contact the homeowner directly, explaining who introduced us. If they instruct Stowhill Estates Berkshire, you will receive £100. If their sale subsequently completes through us, you will receive a further £200.

What happens next?

We’ll keep a record of your introduction and, if it results in a qualifying instruction and successful sale, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of your referral reward.

FAQ

Do I need to introduce you first?

Yes. Please make sure the homeowner knows you’re recommending us and is happy for us to contact them.

When do I receive the referral fee?

£100 is paid when the homeowner formally instructs Stowhill Estates Berkshire. Payment will be made by bank transfer. We will contact you to obtain payment details. A further £200 is paid when their property sale legally completes through us.

Can I refer a family member?

Absolutely, provided they know you’re making the introduction and the referral meets the scheme terms.

What if I’ve referred someone who’s already speaking to you?

We’ll always check our records. If they’re already an existing client, have booked valuation or are an active sales lead, the referral may not qualify.
